Start with support

Most problems with IPTV have a simple cause, such as a typing mistake in the login, an app that needs updating or a weak Wi-Fi signal behind the TV. Before you ask for a refund, please message our technical support team on WhatsApp at +44 7576 966392. Support is available 24/7, and in most cases we can get you watching in the same conversation.

If we cannot fix the problem, this policy explains what happens next. It is written in plain language on purpose: if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order and we will explain how it applies to you.

When a refund applies

We will refund your payment in these situations:

  • We cannot activate your subscription. If we accept your payment but are unable to provide your login, you will receive a full refund.
  • The service does not work on a supported device. If you are using a device we confirmed as compatible, you have followed our setup steps with our support team, and we still cannot make the service work, you can ask for a refund. Please raise the problem as soon as it appears, so that we can investigate while the issue is happening.
  • You paid twice by mistake. Duplicate payments for the same order are refunded in full.
  • A significant interruption caused by us. If the service is unavailable for a significant period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will offer a fair remedy, such as extending your plan or a partial refund.

When a refund does not apply

Refunds are not normally available in these situations:

  • You have changed your mind after your login has been activated and used.
  • The problem is caused by your internet connection, Wi-Fi coverage or your internet provider’s network, for example slow speeds at peak times.
  • Your device is not compatible and you did not check it with us before ordering. We are always happy to check a device before you buy.
  • A specific channel or title is temporarily unavailable while the rest of the service works normally.
  • Fees charged by third-party player apps, app stores, banks or payment providers.
  • Your login has been shared, resold or misused in breach of our terms of service.

How to request a refund

  1. Message us on WhatsApp from the number you used to order.
  2. Tell us your username, the plan you bought and the date you paid.
  3. Explain the problem and, if possible, include a photo or screenshot of what you see on your screen.
  4. Our team will review your request, may ask you to try a few steps with us, and will confirm the outcome in the chat.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the payment method you used, where that is possible. If it is not possible, we will agree another method with you in the chat. The time it takes for the money to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider. Once a refund is processed, the login for that subscription is deactivated.

Longer plans

If you bought a 3, 6 or 12-month plan and a refund applies after you have already used part of it, we will work out a fair partial refund for the unused time and confirm the amount with you in the chat before it is paid.

Examples

These examples show how we apply this policy in practice:

  • The app will not log in on a new Smart TV. You message us, we find a typing mistake in the server address and fix it in the chat. The service works, so no refund is needed.
  • A TV model that cannot install any compatible player. You checked the model with us before ordering and we confirmed it, but the app store no longer offers a player for it and no workaround exists. A refund applies under “the service does not work on a supported device”.
  • Buffering only in the evenings on 5G home internet. We help you reposition the router and switch busy channels to FHD. Because the cause is network congestion outside our control, this would not normally qualify for a refund, but we will keep helping until you find a setup that works.
  • You paid twice for the same plan. The duplicate payment is refunded in full.

Problems with part of the service

IPTV line-ups change over time, and individual channels or titles can be briefly unavailable while the rest of the service works normally. If something you watch regularly stops working, tell us on WhatsApp. We will check it, let you know what is happening and, where the problem is on our side, work to restore it as quickly as possible. Temporary issues with a single channel are not normally a reason for a refund, but a lasting problem with a large part of the service is something we will always discuss with you.

Ending your subscription

Because every plan is paid in advance for a fixed period, there is nothing to cancel when you decide not to continue: simply do not renew, and access ends at the end of the period you paid for. If you would like us to delete your details afterwards, tell us on WhatsApp and we will do so, as described in our privacy policy.

Our advice before you order

  • If you are new to IPTV, consider starting with the 1 month plan at $18, so you can see how it works on your TV and your connection.
  • Ask us to confirm that your TV, box or phone is supported before you pay.
  • Read our guides for Firestick, Smart TV and Apple devices so you know what to expect.
