This privacy policy applies to this website and to conversations you have with the IPTV Kuwait team on WhatsApp, including orders, renewals and technical support. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean IPTV Kuwait, and “you” means anyone who visits the website or contacts us.

Contact details: your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name you use on WhatsApp.
Order details: the plan you choose, the dates your subscription starts and ends, and confirmation that your payment was received.
Support details: information you share so we can help, such as your device model, the app you use, screenshots or photos of your screen, and a description of the problem.
Service login: the username we create for your subscription. Your login details are shared only with you.

When you visit this website

Technical data: like almost every website, our hosting server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies: the public pages of this website do not set marketing or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, card numbers, banking passwords or one-time codes in a chat.
